Addy Loves Her Daddy!

It has been so fun to watch Josh become a father. And he is the best Daddy Ever! Addy just loves her Daddy, she is definitely going to be a daddy's girl. Last night we got word that Addy had lost a pound since birth, so we are supplementing a bottle with her right now to get her extra full. Until my milk comes in. I wasn't sure how I felt about it but, it seems to be working pretty well. I feed her then Josh will give her as much bottle as she will take. This has been fun for Josh to be able to do a little different kind of bonding with her, and I think he really enjoys it. Every here and there you'll hear him say "she needs her Daddy." then he'll go snuggle her. And oh boy does she love Daddy snuggle time :) She'll just sleep and coo when Daddy holds her. It is so neat to see them that way.

This morning we got word from my Doctor that I can go home today if I feel up to it. He is going to remove my staples. Yeah! Were just waiting to see what Addy's Pediatrician says before wemake up our mind. Since she may be supplemented a couple more days. But she has done so well over night, eating as much as she can so we'll see where her weight is today.

Update

Today was my second doctors appointment. The doctor said the baby measures right on schedule and looks and sounds great. So that is wonderful news. On a happier note at least for me, I think I'm starting to feel a little better (crossing fingers), I still feel nauseous almost all the time but it seems to be lessening a little, although I still feel the worst at nights which works out well so I can make it though the work day.
